If you pre-order you get a Rob Ryan silkscreen print...http://www.itsnicethat.com/publication/its-nice-that-issue-2
(see my previous post - 25/06/2009)
Lots of people send me nice stuff which uses interesting materials/finishing/processes (and hopefully some of our papers!). Sadly, I can't get to show these pieces of work to everyone ...so this is the best way to show others what people are up to. It's also my way of thanking those that I work with and take the time and trouble to send me lovely, interesting things. justin@fennerpaper.co.uk

Have a look at this lovely self promotional piece for freelance designer Alex Parrott.
It was produced by Downeys who have made a lovely job of duplexing the sheets and foiling in white on front and back.
It's worth making the point that although we (at Fenner Paper) don't offer a duplexing service (as another well known paper merchant based in Hull does) ...there are printers and finishers that offer this service at quite reasonable rates!
Good luck to Alex and anyone wishing to engage him can contact him on alex@alexparrott.co.uk and just pop the finders fee/commission cheque in the post to me!
...and thanks for the nice note Alex!

I've just returned from holiday to some good news!
This is a FAAAAAAAANTASTIC job!

Above is the outside of the wrap, below is the inside.

Design is by Six Creative (http://www.six-creative.com/)
Print is by Principal Colour (http://www.principalcolour.co.uk/)
Photography is by Lachlan Bailey (http://www.streetersnewyork.com/)
It is just a really lovely job. Well art directed and designed, great images and good print and finishing.

This is the printed look book produced by Ghost which went with the orgami swallows that Eng made (see previous post 10th July).
The above spread is my favourite. The image on the left has a real "ethereal" quality in the actual printed job.
Thank you to Chirag for getting some file copies for me, much appreciated.
